Binance will shut down Binance Pool, Pool Savings, Cloud Mining, Transaction Accelerator and related services on November 10 at 07:00 UTC, ending mining connectivity and stopping new mining shares from earning credit after the cutoff. Binance told affected users to move their mining equipment to another pool before the deadline and handle active Pool Savings positions.

Binance described the shutdown as part of a broader product review. The exchange said: “As part of our ongoing review of products and services, Binance will discontinue Binance Pool and related services on 2026-11-10 at 07:00 UTC. This includes Pool Savings, Cloud Mining, Transaction Accelerator, and related features.”

What Binance Pool users need to do

The shutdown extends beyond the main pool. Telegram hashrate alerts, email notifications, mining pool API services, Stratum URLs and endpoints will also be disabled. Hashrate submissions and mining shares sent after the cutoff will no longer be accepted, processed or credited. Product entry points will close, while new rewards, yield and other service benefits will stop accruing.

Binance urged miners to redirect their equipment before the cutoff. Users with active Pool Savings positions should redeem or unsubscribe from them. Eligible outstanding rewards, refunds and settlements will still be processed under the relevant product terms, subject to account status, compliance checks and other applicable requirements. Bitcoin mining itself can continue because affected miners can direct their computing power to competing pools.

Access to past Binance Pool information will remain available for a limited period. Binance said: “The Binance Pool pages will remain accessible for 14 days, until 2026-11-24 07:00 (UTC) for viewing of historical data, account records, and payout status, where available, after which they will be permanently inaccessible.”

Miner activity shows limited initial reaction

Bitcoin miner activity showed little immediate change in the hours following the announcement. Miner outflows increased slightly, but there was no notable shift in behavior at that stage. A successful migration to competing pools would redistribute mining computing power rather than eliminate it, though switching pools can create idle time and reduce miner profits.

The initial crypto price response was also limited. COIN360 data showed the Bitcoin price down 0.05%, while the BNB price was down 1.48% at the cited time. The early miner data and price moves were recorded only hours after Binance announced the shutdown.

Binance expands elsewhere as mining services close

The mining exit comes while Binance is adding products tied to traditional finance and AI-powered trading. Its recent expansion includes stock and ETF options through Nest Trading, rising traditional finance perpetual futures volume and a wider rollout of its AI trading interface.

Area Recent Binance development
Stocks and ETFs Plans for physically settled options on more than 1,000 U.S.-listed stocks and ETFs through ADGM-regulated Nest Trading.
TradFi perpetual futures Trading volume reached $433.4 billion in August, up from $29.5 billion in January.
AI trading The interface expanded to global English-language users after a beta involving about 150,000 users.
